Meat Croquettes with Garlic Mayonnaise
We make these every day using slow-braised meat. The meat is pulled apart and bound into a filling that stays moist. Each croquette is shaped by hand, rolled in fine breadcrumbs and fried to order until crisp. You will receive four croquettes on a wooden board with lime wedges, a sprig of rosemary and a bowl of our garlic mayonnaise for dipping.
