Meat Croquettes with Garlic Mayonnaise
We make these every day using slow-braised meat, pulled apart and bound to stay moist. Each croquette is shaped by hand, rolled in fine breadcrumbs, and fried to order until crisp. You will receive four croquettes on a wooden board with lime wedges, a sprig of rosemary, and a bowl of our garlic mayonnaise for dipping.
