Indian Samosas
We make the pastry in-house and fold it by hand. These samosas are fried to order so they arrive crisp. The filling is spiced potato and onion with cumin, coriander and a little fresh chilli. An order of three is served with sliced red chilli and fresh coriander on top, with a cool yoghurt dip on the side.

- wheat flour pastry made in-house; filling of potato, onion, green peas, fresh chilli, cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, garam masala and fresh coriander leaf; fried in sunflower oil; yoghurt dip of natural yoghurt, mint, coriander and lime.
