Pasteis de Nata
Custard tarts, baked fresh through the day in our stone oven. The pastry is laminated by hand so it comes out flaky and golden at the edges, and the custard is our own recipe: egg yolks, cream, a little cinnamon and lemon zest, cooked slowly until it sets. We dust them with cinnamon and icing sugar as they come out of the oven. Eat them warm.
