Cerveja à Pressão — Portuguese Tap Beer

A Portuguese pale lager on tap: pale gold, clear, with a firm head of white foam. We clean the lines regularly and keep the glasses chilled, so it comes out cold enough that the glass sweats. Crisp, lightly malty and easy to drink, and the right thing with the bolinhos de bacalhau or a francesinha. Order an imperial for the small glass that stays cold to the last sip, or a caneca if you want more.

Serving: imperial (20 cl) or caneca (50 cl), poured to order with a proper head, served very cold in a chilled glass.
