Camping during River Skiing

During our river skiing trips, the entire group sleeps together in one large tent. Every night, we follow a set routine where everyone has a task. We clear the snow to set up a fireplace, cut wood, and cook. To prepare the tent site, we use our skis to compact the snow for a stable floor. We also cut small trees to keep the floor warmer and prevent it from sinking. To keep the fire going, we rotate watch shifts every hour until sunrise. Even when it is -30 Celsius outside, the tent remains warm and comfortable enough to change clothes.
